Singer Songwriter Tenfold’s folksy songs unfold her own perspective on the world. Lighthearted performance combines with a melancholic undertone to work as a contrasting balance. Tenfold’s musical influences are easy to trace: Bon Iver, The Tallest Man On Earth and Laura Marling.

Since 2014, Tineke Hussaarts has been performing as a solo artist under the artist name Tenfold. Tenfold released its first self-titled EP, of which all handmade copies sold out. In the spring of 2016, Hussaarts was the support act of Lucky Fonz III during his album tour. She also appeared in a sold-out Melkweg show (The Max) as support for Sam Hunt and provided support programs for Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Tiny Ruins and William McCarthy of the Augustines.

For her second EP, Tenfold collaborated with Peter Akkerman (Alamo Race Track). In October 2016, the four songs they recorded in the Alamo Race Track studio were presented in the Roode Bioscoop in Amsterdam during the release show of the ‘Before We Go Somewhere’ EP. In the summer of 2017 Tenfold played on Oerol and she was also part of the musical program "The Summer Of Love" under the direction of Leo Blokhuis. Together with Tim Knol, Janne Schra, Anne Soldaat, Frank Lammers and Jeangu Macrooy she played in special venues such as the Concertgebouw, Paradiso and TivoliVredenburg.

Tenfold’s new single Nine Square was released on May 20, 2019. In recent years, Hussaarts did not sit still and has devoted her time to writing new music. The release of Nine Square symbolizes a time full of new songs and a renewed sound. Expect synthesizers, clarinet solos, drum computer, vocal harmonies and new guitar sounds. Over the past 2,5 years, Tenfold has tried to develop herself as an artist who fully supports her musical taste and reflection.
